OUR MISSION:  At TWIST’N U our mission is to ignite the fun & energy within every individual thru utilizing our passion in an environment designed for the ultimate experience in safety as well as excitement.  We will team up with parents who want to see their children gain confidence and soar towards a healthy future.  Self motivation will also be sparked by the encouragement and enthusiasm that you will find inside our unique school.  Through well established programs and progressions, our students will gain life-long skills and experiences…as well as the many attributes that the wonderful world of “twist’n & flip’n” can bring (strength, flexibility, spatial awareness, teamwork, muscular control, respect, endurance, social awareness, coordination, running speed, self-discipline, balance, grace, time management, trust, agility, goal setting).

OUR PHILOSOHPY:  Each child will be placed in a setting in which they will be sure to learn, aspire and achieve regardless of their level of experience or capabilities.  We will utilize gymnastics as a resource to educate children.  We will also use it as a vehicle to raise the self confidence within each participant.  Through our commitment to safety, education and passion for fun…each child enrolled at Flip’n U will positively “feel like a champion”.

OUR PRINCIPLES:  RESPECT will be the foundation of all relationships from staff & student, student & parent, staff & parent, student & student, etc.  TRUST from every individual will be vital in helping students reach for their goals and exceed perceived limits.  TEAMWORK will always be a factor in the journey for every member's goal, making the task an obtainable, exciting quest.  COMMITMENT towards personal objectives will be nurtured and recognized and will instill the appreciation for “hard work”.   COMMUNICATION is essential in each of  the principles of respect, trust, teamwork and commitment… and like all skills, will be practiced, developed and receive acknowledgement
