COURSE DESCRIPTION

AX Grads*…age 18 and older (60 min) 

This course is designed for the hopelessly-devoted-to-flipping generation.  “Old dogs” WILL learn new trix!  Students will select their goal...and our staff will put a “success plan” in place.  Besides skill achievements, rewards come as enhanced overall fitness, sharing the love of our sport with friends, and knock'n down previous limits.

*Advisory:  All students must participate in strength conditioning as we create new possibilities in the safest progression
